People of the Pride Parade
This one's another book I perused during my illness--a collection from the 2019 Pride Parade in New York City. It was essentially like looking through someone else's photo album.

Beyond the Gender Binary
I have been meaning to find a book on gender and read up on it. I've heard a lot of people talk about the multitude of genders, but I've never really heard a good explanation of what those genders are. While convalescing from an illness, I had a chance to peek at this little book. Alok Vaid-Menon offers their take on gender. While they painted a moving picture of a person trying to be forced into the gender binary, the book didn't answer any of my questions of the mechanics of gender. But I'm glad I was able to check it out.
