It Was the Lord!
by Marge Erickson
This one's a nice collection of anecdotes garnered from Mrs. Erickson's 29 years as a missionary in Bolivia. (And a few from her retirement years.) There's a loose structure to the collection, but there's no overall story to the book. I mean, sure there's the theme of God's faithfulness to the Erickson's, their coworkers and the people they served, but that's a setting, not a plot. Anyway, it's perfect, uplifting waiting room material.
