A Canticle for Leibowitz
by Walter M. Miller, jr.
A tale of the second Dark Age. When civilization falls in a nuclear deluge, the brothers of the Order of Leibowitz safeguard remnants of 20th Century knowledge in hopes that one day mankind will again reap the benefits of science and technology. The question is, will this time people learn not to kill each other with it? It was an interesting read, and I appreciated how well Mr. Miller was able to incorporate faith/Christianity into a science fiction story.
Well worth checking out.
