Christian Ethics in the Workplace

A professor, a pastor and a businessman collaborate to write a little guidebook on workplace ethics. It had its challenging moments, as I recognized my own shortcomings. Overall it seemed to be geared more to white collar workers. I wonder if that reflects the authors' backgrounds, or if it's just that blue collar ethics are more straightforward and need less explanation.
