Thank you for your review of Geep! on Goodreads! This is Rose Secrest. I would like to know if I knew you back then. Michael and I have gafiated, but we still love to read science fiction. Coincidentally, I have been rereading all of Dostoyevsky since March 2021, and I don't think it helps mich to understand our inanity.

Yes! I read Hornblower in high school, starting with Young Hornblower, inexplicably on my mother's bookshelf. I wanted more! Even though it is about war, I loved each and every one of the nine books and have read them over and over. It is easy now to get them all, including the sadly unfinished one, During the Crisis.
